Register your Authorized Dealer Code with customs to receive export payments in foreign currency.
Authorized Dealer (AD) Code is a 14-digit code assigned to your bank branch by the Reserve Bank of India. This code must be registered with the customs port from where you export goods, so that export payments can be realized through your bank. Without AD Code registration at the customs port, your shipping bill cannot be processed for export. It's a mandatory one-time registration per port.
Request AD Code letter and bank authorization letter from your bank branch.
We compile all documents including IEC, bank letters, and business proofs.
Submit AD Code registration application at the relevant customs port.
Customs verifies and activates your AD Code. You can now export from that port.
